Foodie: a person having an enthusiastic interest in the preparation and consumption of good food.

That’s exactly what I am!  I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate who thoroughly enjoys and appreciates good food wherever I go.  I have many favorite spots in Seattle and look forward to trying new places and cuisines wherever my travels take me.  I hope you enjoy following me through my food journey.  My goal is to share with you the places I think deserve your visit for a good meal worth the time, money and effort.  As Julia would say, “Bon Appetit”!
